This 30,000 SF multi-tenant, Class A office building sits on approximately 3 acres in southeast Lincoln. It boasts simple and elegant massing, ample access to daylight, and integrated outdoor amenity spaces, the building is designed to attract, inspire, and motivate Nebraska Realty employees and future building tenants alike. The project is recognized for the simple and impactful use of brick undulation to create light and shadow. The continuation of the brick from exterior to interior further supports this articulation.
